1) How does Covid-19 affect 65 MCMLXV? 

We are continuing to create new products during this difficult time. We have recently added fashion neck gaiters to our collections so you can stay safe in style. 65 MCMLXV works with a fulfillment partner to print and ship our orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on. Our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfillment and shipping will take longer but your order will reach you. Your support means a lot to us, especially during this time. Stay safe and take care of yourselves.

2) Will I receive my order? 

Yes! It will just take a bit longer than usual due to COVID-19 but it will be worth the wait! We'll keep you updated when your order is ready to ship and you will receive a tracking number so you can follow it's progress.

3) Are any shipping delays expected?

Be prepared for delays. Our fulfillment times will be longer than usual, and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers.

I know this isn't what you guys are used to, so I'm grateful for your patience as you continue coming back to our brand and enjoying our products.

Some good news is, we now have more time to focus on some exciting designs / products we previously simply didn't have time for. Stay tuned for more additions to our collection!

4) Return Policy

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

5) What if the product is damaged in the mail?

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
